Yacht features:

  • Three staterooms with two heads and showers.
  • Master with walk around Queen Bed, private head with shower, sitting area, make up mirror and plenty of room for all your things.
  • VIP stateroom with Queen Bed, hanging closet and private access to the shared head and shower.
  • Third stateroom is set up with over and under bunks with single beds and a hanging closet.
  • All staterooms are heated and air conditioned for your comfort, as well as plenty of blankets to keep you warm. Captain and crew sleep in the fly bridge giving the guest complete use of the staterooms.
  • The Alaskan Star is equipped with a 300 gallon fresh water tank and has a 600 gallon a day water maker which comes in handy when you out in the wilderness.

Main deck:

 
  • Salon:
    • Our salon features an L shaped sofa(hide-a-way bed) and three rocker type chairs, wet bar with ice maker, wine storage, flat screen color television with DVD player and external jacks for video input, 5 dish DVD player, dual deck cassette player and XM radio.  All windows are eye level for fantastic views from the heated and air conditioned salon.  The salon also serves as a formal dining room with seating for six.
  • Pilothouse:
    • The pilothouse serves three purposes, kitchen, informal dining area and the command center for operating the yacht. The full kitchen includes a three burner Gagganu electric stove, full size refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, trash compactor, double sink with garbage disposal, convection oven, separate microwave oven and toaster oven.  She also has coffee maker, electric fryers, wok and crock pot.
  • Aft cockpit: 

    • The semi enclosed aft cockpit contains two freezers, sink, propane barbeque and steamer for cooking prawns and crabs.  Fresh and saltwater wash downs for cleaning up after a day of fishing and crabbing.  Aft engine and bow thruster controls for easy docking. Insulated fish hold for storing you catch and a large area, 17 foot wide, for catching fish, prawns, and crabs. Swim step with pass through that allows easy access for boarding the tender and kayaks.
  • Fly bridge:
    • The completely enclosed fly bridge with seating for 12 guest, wet bar with mini refrigerator, dining area and the second command center with duplicate of the pilot house electronics.  The fly bridge has a 360 view and is a great area to spend your time on a sunny day. 
 

The Alaskan Star is stabilized for your comfort which prevents the sideway motion that makes some people sea sick, built rock solid with three Alaskan bulk heads by Tollycraft.  She is built to handle any weather that we may encounter on our voyage.  She is powered by two 550 hip. turbo Detroit diesels, two Onan generators with sound shields and a Heart 3500 watt inverter. She holds 1,200 gallons of fuel with allows us to have all the range we need for your voyage.

The Alaskan Star is equipped with two radars, two VHF radios, single sideband radio, weather fax, two GPS systems, two fish finders and Nobeltec Charting system.  She also has a 6 man life raft, EPIRB emergency positioning device and all the required U.S.C.G. safety equipment.
